Last week, I received the edits from my publisher. They're great suggestions - more emotion, strengthen the GMC (Goal, Motivation, and Conflict), and using more explicit words to say what me characters are 'doing.' And in a erotic romance, the things they're doing are very spicy. I'm learning to use words that would have gotten me grounded for a week if my parents heard me say them. But I love erotic romances, and reading them has given me fabulous ideas for my own writing, and has opened a whole new world of possibilities for more intense writing. I'm having the time of my life - and I absolutely love working through my editor's ideas for my book. With her help, I know Chase and Seduction will be a great book!
